Ordering Process

Proofing

Once your order is processed, we move your file to our Graphic Designing Department. From there, our Graphic Designer will pull all relevant files to build your print ready file to your exact specifications. It is important to be as detailed as possible with your order specifications to avoid unnecessary back and forth that delays production time.

Once the print ready file is complete the proofing, or mock-up, process begins. Our designer will create a mock-up of exactly how your final printed product will look according to your specifications. The mock-up will be sent to you on our proof approval form via text or email.

Upon receipt of the mock-up it is up to you to very carefully review the proof for correct spelling, numbers, spacing, sizes, margins, graphics, etc. This will avoid the waste and headache of having to reprint the entire order over and will help to ensure deadline accuracy. While we aim to be error free in our designing, grammar, and spelling, mistakes do happen and things are sometimes lost in communication.

After you have reviewed the proof carefully and are fully satisfied with the way it looks, you are ready to proceed with the printing process! Before we do so, we must get your written approval to print. Orders cannot be processed unless we receive written approval via email or text stating that the mock-up is approved for print. Doing this in a timely manner will result in a quicker turn-around time. Once items are approved changes can no longer be made and we do not reprint orders due to mistakes.

Production Times

In a perfect world, our standard turn-around time is up to 5 business days. As we know, things don’t always go as planned – especially when it comes to dealing with machinery. We always make a point to communicate any issues with our customers promptly.

Each individual project is usually given its own, unique turn-around time depending on project complexity and other varying factors. Since we do everything in-house, we have the ability to meet very tight deadlines and are able to offer 24-hour turn-around times on many of our printed products. While we always try to accommodate customer needs, please do not assume we can always meet tight deadlines.

Printing is a process that requires a lot of steps so it is essential to give us a reasonable amount of time to get things done. Most shops are already juggling multiple projects at a time, everyday!
